Please note returns of 24 or more pieces will be subject to a 10 % restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for all returns, we recommend that you obtain a tracking number and email it to customerservice@enchantedengagementfavors.com
Store Credit will be issued for unopened, unused & undamaged merchandise that is returned in the original packaging.

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or on backorder which will delay fulfilling your order. We will ship your product as it becomes available.

In this case you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. The payment method supplied will be refunded the amount of the item(s) & shipping charges for the out-of-stock or backordered item(s)

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM PST will ship within 3-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock.
If the items require personalization...please add 3 to 5 additional business days for processing and in some cases approval of proof.
Please be advised: once the order has been picked up by the carrier we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Enchanted Engagement Favors or other parties only as an estimate.
