If your order contains any items (personalized or non personalized) that are needed in 14 business days or less, we do not recommend selecting UPS Ground or Standard Flat Rate Shipping.
In an effort to provide outstanding customer service, You will be contacted by email and or phone in a timely manner if the order cannot ship out or arrive by the date specified.
Q: What can I do to help expedite my order?
A: Place your order as soon as possible, provide dates in the needed by & event date boxes in your customer registration and checkout pages.
Q: When can my order ship?
A: Most orders containing items that do not require personalization can usually ship within 3 to 5 bussines days once your order has been received. Please be advised...orders do not ship or move in transit on a week-end or a holiday. Shipping and transit resume on the following business day.
Personalized items require additional production time.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: The United States, Canada & Puerto Rico, Please note: If your order must ship outside of the Continental United States please contact us once you receive the email concerning the prepaid customs fee.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Simply click on the order tracking link on top left corner of the home page, enter your confirmation number from your invoice in the box provided. Once your invoice appears, click the tracking number for transit details.
Q: What items can be returned?
A: Most items that have not been opened or used, or damaged are eligible for return. Please note: Items must be returned in original packaging.
Q: How do I return items?
A: Send an email request for a return authorization number. Please specify the reason for the return, and a response will be sent via email to you containing the authorization number and instructions on how to return the unopened, unused or damaged items from the order. Please send your request to:

Satisfaction Guarantee Our products are selected to meet the highest standards of quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your gift, you can exchange it or return it for credit at Enchanted Engagement Favors.You have 60 days from the date the order was delivered to return for any reason to Enchanted Engagement Favors. We will happily reimburse you with your choice of either a product exchange OR a store credit. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable!
